We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you can request a return withinΒ 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and securely packaged. Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
